We have especially tuned our services to suit to the needs of public libraries.

We make available to libraries a range of books published in English, Hindi and 12 major Indian languages and South Asian languages like Nepali and Tibetan as well. We procure books published and printed in these languages and catalogue them at DK with utmost care. We regularly issue book-lists with regard to publications in Indian languages. However, libraries that have specific requirements may hand over their requirements to us. We present the best selection of the most relevant books within the given framework and the budgetary limitations. Each book supplied comes with minimum bibliographic information in Romanised format. This is to help the library staff, which does not know the language/script, to handle the book easily. Each book supplied by DK to a library on blanket order, whether in English or in any other Indian language, is accompanied by the MARC21 records. United States Books
